#Xplane 11 beta simulator
Yes, they keep the Simulator afloat, yet it is not that Laminar is making much, if nothing, out of them. The Rotate Team is a group of developers integrated by: Juan Alcón, Iván Arroyo and Alfredo Torrado. It's been already two months into 2020 and still we have nothing to experiment upon.Īt least keep us posted, your clients are us, not 3rd party devs. Late 2018 we were promised Vulkan, late 2019 the same. Isn't supposed for this 11.50 version to allow for a switch between APIs? If it is a Beta, are they expecting complaints? Why is Laminar so scared on releasing this beta publicly? Are these being ironed out by Laminar, or is Laminar waiting for the major 3rd parties to have their plugins ready on time for the release? This beta development was delivered to some publishers, possibly hand picked, they've been testing it for the last 5 weeks and hopefully delivering some good bug reports. Some questions are rising on my head and if someone at Laminar actually reads these posts, they might be able to answer. Untill now, nothingness, dark, a private beta delivered to 3rd party developers, 3rd party scenery and aircrafts being publicised on their social media accounts, nothing for those who bought X-Plane 11 and are hoping that their last gen hardware can fly above 50 frames per second. So, almost two weeks since February started and almost 5 weeks since we've heard from Laminar on the so waited 11.50 Vulkan update.
